Our Quality Assurance department is dedicated to ensuring quality and providing satisfaction to our customers. All products are inspected upon shipment, arrival, and undergo another full inspection before being shipped to the customer. All members of our team stay in constant contact with headquarters, with constant reports and photos sent via email. We continuously meet – and exceed – quality standards set by the government.

We supply national, regional and local supermarkets throughout the continent as well as high end wholesalers and food service distributors. Kopke and quality are synonymous.

Food Safety and Food Practices

Our partner Pacific International Cold Storage boosts a modern 21st Century warehouse which includes state of the art refrigeration components in 7 separate temperature controlled rooms equipped with multiple Air Purifiers to remove any airborne microbes and ethylene gas to ensure you of complete product integrity. These components are designed to increase your products’ shelf life and maintain their quality and freshness.

The warehouse includes large refrigerated dock areas which will maintain your products’ temperature requirements at all times while allowing for us to pre-stage your loads for quicker, more efficient loading times. The warehouse also offers temperature controlled repack and inspections areas in which Pacific International Cold Storage works directly with USDA and other customer quality inspectors to schedule inspections, assist with the process and supply the required samples. We are also certified to handle and store organic product. A copy of the Organic Certification for each product warehoused must be on file.
